(1st – 3 days with one performance - 2st – 4 days with two performances)

1st DAY	in the afternoon arrival of the chorus at the hotel and arrangement in the room. Meeting with the town-council and welcome cocktail. Supper at the hotel with typical dishes. Evening at disposal.
2nd DAY (only for program n° 2)	Breakfast at the hotel. At nine o’ clock leaving for a guided visit to Noto (baroque town). Dinner at the hotel. In the afternoon leisure time for shopping and visits. At nineteen o’ clock a concert in one of the bordering countries. At twenty-two o’ clock come-back to the hotel for supper and overnight stay.
3rd DAY	Breakfast at the hotel. At nine o’ clock leaving for a guided visit to Syracuse (tourist town). Dinner at the hotel. In the afternoon a guided visit around Avola. At nineteen o’ clock a concert in Avola with a delivery of plates, certificates of merit and change of typical products. At twenty-two o’ clock supper at the hotel and overnight stay.
4th DAY	breakfast at the hotel. At ten o’ clock greetings and leaving.

NOTE
The concerts, that can farecast the partecipation of one or two chorus, will take place in different days in one of the churches of Avola.
The organizer stipulated some conventions with hotels.

The carriage are charged to the participating chorus.
If you take part in the festival you can’t pay any money, because the participation is free, and you aren’t obliged to accept the hotel convention.
Every chorus, within organizing bounds, can suggest the dates more befitting to the chorus itself.
Each participating chorus must send in advance a declaration of gratuitousness.
